How long would I get a response for an email?
A1. Most email are replied within a 24-48 hours period, including
weekends and holidays.
Q2. What payment methods do we accept?
A2. We are currently only accepting cash and credit card payment.
Q3. Will your chair covers fit the seats at the wedding
ceremony?
A3. Our chair covers will fit most applications. Before we sign
any paperwork or make any promises, we will be more than glad to
come down and try it on to see if it fits.
Q4. Do you rent chairs for outdoor wedding ceremonies
A4. Yes, provided that we have at least one month notice that you
need us to rent you the foldable chairs.
Q5. Does your pricing include installation on the wedding
day?
A5. Yes, our staff will drop off the chair covers the night before
the wedding and will assist you on the installation of the product.
Its recommended that you have helpers at your wedding to speed up
the process on installation and removal from the rented location. We offer free training and tips to your family and friends.
Q6. There was some spilled wine on two chair covers, will
you charge us?
A6. Yes, we will charge you $10.00 for each damanged chair cover. This is the cost to send the chair covers to the dry cleaners. We do not profit on this.
Q7. Why should I use your services?
A7. There are not alot of wedding companies who offer this kind
of service. We will also treat the wedding as if it was ours. Everything
will be perfect as planned.
Q8. Do you charge money for delivering and pickup of the
chair covers?
A8. No, the delivery fees are included in the rental packages. However,
we can only drive as far as a one hour radius from Vancouver, BC.
The minimum order is at least 30 chair covers.
